This morning I turned on my PC (Windows 10) and Microsoft said it needed to fix a problem with startup, so I let it do it, but when the computer was active again and I started up my Firefox browser the window won't minimise. I have googled and found various answers dating from about 2005 but can't find an up to date solution. I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks. PP

It sounds like a Windows O/S problem related that caused Browser window problem. Did you try to click and drag it to a smaller Browser window?

Have you tried rebooting the system?

Thanks very much for replying, but I've just discovered it was me being stupid - or not quite understanding the system. For some reason after the Microsoft repair my browser appeared full screen and appeared to be stuck like that, but I've now managed to re-size the window by pulling in its edges and now the full screen/small screen box in top right works fine. So apologies, I just didn't think of trying that before. Thankyou for your time. PP
