Down loads are very slow, nothing opens, why ? Just started.
Started about a week ago, getting slower to open, now it took 30 minutes to retrieve messages, then they will not open. It just sits there saying opening document for 20 minutes and nothing appeared. I didn't change any settings, tried it on both the desktop and the laptop, same result. Rrunning Windows 10 on the desktop and the laptop, same result. What can I do?
