Every time I'm on the internet, my email pops up in the right lower corner of the screen. How do I stop this? I've read other answers, that stated go to Tools, General and Uncheck the box, but I don't see that, when I go there.

Thanks for responding. I have AOL, but my son has Gmail. Both are popping up, every time we get on the internet.

Hi, if there is a Icon for the mail when it is not popped up in the Taskbar, up arrow please right Click on at and see if you have any options to turn it off and or if it says About click and get the name of it please.

If above does not work : Please Copy/Paste about:support into the Address Bar and then Enter. Go down to Extensions please and copy/paste all the Extension names only (left side) into a message back.
