I know this is not for mobile but please bear with me.

In the last few days my app firefox mobile stopped loading delayed opening tabs. In fact even just uninstalling and opening a webpage - or home page - involved nothing happening. I had to manually open a new tab then type the exact same web address in, which then worked. Uninstalling and reinstalling and syncing didn't solve this.

My Firefox desktop browser, was working fine up until today. I have a master password, which I type in on startup, and, my logins to email etc. are filled in, no problem.

Now - even though all of my passwords are saved, I have to manually copy and paste the username and password to all of my favourite sites, or email etc.

why is this happening?

Please update your desktop to Firefox version 59.0.2 (released this date) which has a fix for not having Windows Cleartype Font not turned on. That should fix the Desktop.

I do not know if your mobile update has been released as of yet please see. When it does it should fix the issue also. Or as I do not know anything about phones turn off hardware acceleration on the phone until updated.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Hi the desktop problem is now fixed thanks. However the mobile issues still persist. I've actually taken a video of the problem. The tabs reads at xxxurl, but it displays as a black page, refreshing doesn't work. The only solution is to then copy the URL and then open a new tab, and, paste said URL into that tab. It then loads add it should. Also anything over 2 tabs, and, Firefox mobile browser slows down a lot. Uninstalling, clearing cache/data/re-syncing account doesn't solve this. I've tested with other browsers, and, this only seems to be happening with Firefox, ime. It's not purely phone related.

Well in this instance it is running on a phone, the phone is having problems with Firefox. So if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. Re-post (copy/paste and include url to this post) in the phone support page. I know nothing about phones. I do not own a smart phone. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/
