This is not a question, but simply how to resolve this issue. There are many people who appear to have this issue, yet it remains unresolved in many of the threads/posts (especially those that appear on search). Many have utilized add-ons to address this, but many of these proposed solutions aren't compatible with the current versions of Firefox. Solution: 1. Bring up Firefox's Advanced settings/config page by typing the following into your url bar: about:config 2. Search 'bookmarks' (or 'browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs' if you only want the exact preference name) 3. Locate 'browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs' and double click it to change the value from false to true. Btw, Mozilla.. your workflow makes it rather difficult to create a support account (I understand you don't want everyone and anyone to just create accounts, but if your TSEs aren't answering questions, it'd be nice if you allowed others within the community to help). Also, purely just a suggestion, but your nomenclature/terminology on the Support page would be nice if it also referenced 'Mozilla Support account' rather than 'Mozilla account,' emphasizing that the user does not have an associated Support account, unless created.
