please make sure hidden files and folders are visible and extensions are displayed. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Show_hidden_files_and_folders

Please post image of profile name folder contents - it will show the forum where you have put the 'chrome' folder.

open 'chrome' folder post an image showing the contents.

open 'userchrome.css' post image of contents.

Hi there - Thanks so much for your reply. I had the css file in the wrong folder (the profile polder instead of the chrome folder). I made the change and it works beautifully now.
