How can I get Thunderbird to display an image on the e-mail page?
With Windows Live Mail I could click on image and a picture, etc. would display. How can I get e-mail to do this on Thunderbird?

If the image contains remote content then Thunderbird will auto block this for your security.
If email is in Junk folder then you would need to select as not junk to move to Inbox.
When you select the email and it is displayed in Message Pane, you will see a message below the headers, but above the email contents. 'To protect you privacy, Thunderbird has blocked remote content in this message' There will be a button called 'Options' click on 'Options' button and a selection of choices will be available. The first option 'Show remote content in this message' only allows for a one off view. The last option will always allow from that email address.

Check you have this setting: 'View' > 'Message Body As' > 'Original HTML'
If you are talking about an attachment: 'Menu icon' > 'View' > 'Display attachments inline' but this is not a setting you should leave on for your security. Choose only to see image from a known source.
