I updated Firefox a while ago and along with the whole look changing, it honestly appeared to stop working altogether. I have done all of the refreshing and privacy changes and "help" and "options" choices recommended (though that took forever because nothing wanted to respond). I even uninstalled/reinstalled. It's still slow. Darn near dialup speeds (if it bothers to load at all). Windows 10, by the way. You guys seriously dropped the ball on this one. I've had to switch to chrome for the time being. How do you intend to fix this problem? (The posts show it's pretty common)
