I got a new desktop computer with windows 10. I keep trying to install Mozilla Firefox, when the thing comes up on the bottom of the screen, it's supposed to say RUN or SAVE, etc... It says OPEN or SAVE. I've been unsuccessful in downloading this. Can anyone help?

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Are you using any download add-ons/programs?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Firefox doesn't allow to run a executable file directly unlike MS internet explorer. In Firefox you need to save the file so your security software can scan the file.
