Thank you for including the screenshot.

Health Report appears fine for my installation of Firefox 53 (a pre-Release version), but this has been installed for some time. This has allowed history to build up to be displayed in the Health Report.

Have you only recently installed Firefox?

No Ive been using it for ages

You can check the datareporting.healthreport.* prefs on the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

have reset firefox still the same problem

You can check the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) for error messages. You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

You can use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
