My pc w/ WIN 7 operating correctly but when try to open video, the curser arrow and loading circle start blinking and will not open. Have tried all I know.
Videos will not open. (Vimeo videos WILL work) Other videos, like YouTube, will not open. The arrow and loading circle just start blinking and jumping continuously. I have tried to check for updates, etc being up to date. I do not know what opens and operates most videos. Does "Vimeo" use different software to operate?
