Locked out of my mozilla acct and changed password many times -- still cannot login on either one I set up - how do I get in now?

I have reset my password several times and had to resort to making new email accounts (more than one - so now I have to watch yet another inbox) trying to post these issues. I am getting to the point of deleting firefox completely.

CANNOT LOGIN--even after repeated password resets. Hope it gets fixed.

RESET PASSWORD--from email links (several of them) - I do know how to login but my brain may have gone ga ga after the last 11 hours looking for the solution to my other issue that I hope I won't have to make yet another account. Wonder if that messes with my sync - afraid to turn on my tablet or check my phone just to acquire the same errors there that I will probably have to pay to fix.

Hi smmer313, If you just disconnect the account from each of the devices, delete the account, and create a new account with the same email it should be ok. It will delete all data in the cloud, but not the data stored on the local computers/tablets. Do not delete this information, it is not recoverable. *Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
