I have spent over 10 hours (at least) trying to figure out why this is happening.Anybody have a clue ? A few minutes ago,I noticed that when I closed down a couple of tabs,the taskbar previews "magically" reappeared ! So,I thought,hmmmmmm.....maybe that option can only keep track of a certain # of tabs ??? Nahhhhh.That just couldn't be.And,I figured out that this was indeed not the case after I opened up a couple more tabs and "magically" the tab previews reappeared !! Wow ! Cool !! NOT !!! I thought I remembered reading something,somewhere (possibly) regarding the Windows taskbar tab previews not "playing nicely" when using tab groups.Anyone ??? Thanks. And,I was going to add the troubleshooting info but,apparently,the Mozilla site is having "connection issues".So,I could not download the add-on.Uhmmmmmm.....nevermind that last part.He,he...Here's the info.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

You have a crash report in your System Details; Report ID: bp-f209fe17-bb74-46ac-b53c-8f7342141214 - 6 hours ago

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

MY solution seems to be to click on the Tab Groups button and then ,to click out somewhere.I don't think this should work this way but.....whad'ya gonna do ?????

I do not use Tab Groups, I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
