Is it every webpage? What is your homepage listed in Options-General?
Your troubleshooting information shows this as the new tab page:
browser.newtab.url: http://feed.helperbar.com/?p=mKO_AwFzXIpYRa0ymfMnbpqxFRceu5du6tuU80dr30bhC77cNpgL6mIuk3bGIAlp4xpNSOYDqk4tpxKxYzV7r__tAV6wnBZeio1E3xbUTzbRlu_R6C_9i7iL2Gfo-Mxi_jq_mY2-JfzNN35GPgw8PO5ztYuOcOJUSPJEscHbTNSwwZPToFQQZXo,
You can reset the browser.newtab.url pref on the about:config page to the default about:newtab or about:blank or an URL of your choice.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar and search for prefs that refer to rvchsr.com. You can reset user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.
If you do not keep changes after a restart or otherwise have problems with preferences, see:
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
