I am having to LOL at what this thread has become, children! <G> In fact the problem has been fixed: the latest update seems to have corrected the issue. For the record, I used four different mice, including a PS2, and three different opticals, one of them a cordless. I tried to tinker with the settings while the problem was going on, to no avail.

Thunderbird is just fine as it is now. Quit tinkering with it already!
