I wrote a filter to send e-mails from user-x to trash. The filter worked for a few daysa, then quit working.
Two days ago TBird stopped saving emails. Today it stopped working altogether.

How do I change the password stored in Thunderbird for an email account ? My ISP forced a password change.

My wife's Thunderbird application seems stalled . All I can see is the blue rotating circle. No emails after August 30 2022 will download . And the upper left hand corner has a period that is continually moving right to left and back again. She set up the email yesterday because her android phone was easier to use (Har, har). Gmails server apparently downloaded 13, 598 emails yesterday (8-30) and hasn't downloaded any since that date.. What's going on. She's attempting to renew her Green card and I'm more that a little concerned.

Just recently, I am unable to send replies or attachments from my Thunderbird email. My service is Comcast and I have verified my outgoing server settings as directed by Comcast. I also tried turning off my Norton for outgoing mail, still having the issue. Last week emailed worked fine.

Is Thunderbird unable to work with Windows 11? I'm so frustrated at this point & need HELP. For your information the SMTP is set up as: description: [edited email from public] @skybeam.com Server Name: securemail.risebroadband.net Port: 465 (I've tried 587 but it doesn't make a difference) User: My Email Address Authentication: Normal Password Connection Security SSL/TLS
Note: I've checked Thunderbird & the passwords on both Incoming & Outgoing is correct.
