The confirmation email we sent to xxxxxx@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.

If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account."

There is nothing wrong with my gmail account either - I checked gmail is not bouncing mail back sent to my address.

Trying to replace "forgotten passwords" but when I recieve the "re-set email" it is just a page of letters and numbers If I run cursor over emaila few words in the email are highlighted but on clicking on them I get a screeen the says there is a uidfault. any help would be appreciated, thank you John.

I forgot the password for my second firefox account, whenever i try to initiate the password change i would get an email from Firefox Accounts <accounts@firefox.com> with links but unfortunately the link and as a matter of fact the whole email is kind of broken, the link the i was provided was sending me to the the firefox accounts page and it says "Bad Request" Invalid parameter:ui, i can't log in, i cant change passwords, i tried multiple times but no solutions so far. tried refreshing, tried copying the link manually, something is missing.

I am unable to login to firefox accounts .

I have the correct Email and Password, but it keeps asking me for the conformation code sent to the email for login, but i dont have access to the Email as the password is saved in sync server.

I mean the Lockwise Sync server. No i don't have any device currently logged in to Sync. I recently Formatted my PC, So all files for password manager were lost(I synced the logins to the server before formatting my pc hoping that the Login id and Password for the Accounts would be enough to retrieve them ) and am trying to retrieve the logins.

No luck with the login links i can login but cannot change anything in the settings, it says :

" NOTE: Before you can view or make changes to this section, you will need to verify your email address. "

So any way i try it is asking for the conformation code sent to my Email address Whose password is stuck in my sync server.

So its like


can't access the sync server -------because------- can't access my email for code------because--------can't access my firefox lockwise -------because-------can't access sync server

Need Help ASAP Please.

Hi, I have a problem with login in to my Firefox Sync Account, after clean installation of Windows 10. I have not recall to enable 2FA in Firefox Sync i have never used it to activate account on my PC or Android Phone. I'm using 2FA to my Google Account witch is the email for my Firefox Sync Account. But supposedlyi did.

I have tried to use keys generated by Google Authenticator (witch is only 2FA token I use, not counting Facebook App, witch I use only for FB) but no success. I tried to use this link https://accounts.firefox.com/signin and then use proper password. Then there is an information to check email for confirmation link. I get no email, noting in spam nothing nowhere. I did add the accounts@firefox.com email address to protect it from spam filters, but nothing in 4 days, waiting for a miracle. 

In an act of desperation i did change the password for the account. And i received email to confirm this chance witch a did. The email was send from accounts@firefox.com e-mail, and it arrived in my inbox immediately.

Why i do not get the confirmation email?

ok so i handed my notice at my job yesterday, overnight all email access was cut. ive just tried to login into my firefox account to update my primary email (i don't have a secondary email address set). I know dumb....

so now my account is locked and i have no way of accessing the primary email.

I need to acceess a heap of passwords and bookmarks...

thankfully ive logged into my account here so I can ask for help.

is there a way to add a secondary email to my account? pls help Brad

I had several weird things happen this morning with my Mozilla Browser. Ultimately I had to re-download it and I then tried to setup a Mozilla Account to hopefully secure it. When I entered my email address z @comcast.net I received the verification code in my inbox but the new account display gave error code email returned misspelled.

I'm afraid my browser was hacked for my saved bookmark information and access. When I did get it back after rebooting Mozilla requested a new profile so I created "default user - zisses no additional user".

I then went back in and created the support account under the email x @gmail.com - I have attached below both of the verification codes I recieived from trying to create the support account. The zpggre account does not grant me access so can you be sure someone isn't accessing my information with it's use and please let me know what if anything is fraudulent and shut if down?

Yes this is a valid email and i need to unlock this account...my old email was set to bounced when you sent confirmation email .. This is now unbouncing so emails will work if eamils are sent to it. How to I unblock my account and ask you to resend the qualify email please ?

Adding a secondary email address sends a confirmation email to that address.

When I click the 'Verify my email' link that it sends, a page opens with "Error: Verification token is required".

I previously some months back enabled the two step verification on my Firefox Account. I had my mobile access that time but I do not have now. I know the password and linked Gmail which is my own and I need help from respective Mozilla Firefox personnel to solve this issue. I have my GMAIL id all on my access and I can do verification about that.

but nowhere to put it in.

My first attempt to create this sync account was with a new alias address that had not propagated through yet. but it has now and is fully functional, but I still get the 'red box' error: "Your email was just returned. Mistyped email?"

I tried refreshing the page and starting over. Didn't work. Did you guys stash that email on some "bad email" list because of the initial bounce?
