A friend opened a gmail account on my fire fox browser and saved her password on the saved folder. I mistakenly log her out this morning and we have been trying to recover her account but couldn't as she can't remember her password again.

We tried to check the saved password for the details but couldn't find the password again. Can you please assist?

Hi, I am Raja I want to know that can we add our own extensions like a chrome extension in our firefox browser? I have a website with a tool of BCBS Prefix lookup and want to make an firefox extension of BCBS Prefix List for user who are looking for it. Initially i want to give a free extension to users can anyone here who can guide me about firefox extension and how to add this thanks in advance.

PDF has a thumb nail picture for first page, rest of the doc is A4. Firefox uses this thumb nail size for entire document so I get a very tiny print of each page regardless of print options used. The pages display correctly in read/view mode.

Three other PDF viewers (Edge, Libre office and a pdf viewer) display and print correctly.

Anyone know of fix (beside use other browsers)?

Some time ago, I used my personal email address as a secondary email on another Firefox account, and I no longer have access to the primary email for that account.

I would now like to use my personal email as a primary email on a new account, but when I try to create the account, it says "This email was already confirmed by another user".

How can I get my personal email address "un-associated" from the old primary email-address when I can't even remember what that email address was, let alone access it?

I don't have any saved info that I care about so I would be happy to have all records "lost" in order to cancel any mozilla/firefox account, either primary or secondary, associated with my personal email address.

During of build process we have an error related to auto deduction before 'auto' in dom/bindings/TypedArray.h

For example the call ProcessTypedArrays() at line 128 in file ChromeUtils.cpp give the error.

Is there a way to rename things in the Passwords list? I'm not concerned about MY password or sign-in, but what appears in the list. A name such as "login.live.com" tells me nothing about what site that sign-in will take me to. I'd like to be able to rename it with something that gives me a hint.

I have a fairly long list of saved logins, and visually scan the list at times to get to a supplier or service I need.

I'm using a desktop, Windows 10.

Since about two days ago firefox on both my PC and laptop has been trying to connect to a random website called ponf.linkedin.com that I have no idea where it came out of.

I have no clue why this was but I reset both browsers on both devices + reinstalled windows 11 on my main PC and it only continues happening on my PC now, i've managed to replicate the behaviour by resetting the browser and everytime that happens firefox attempts to connect to this website even though bitdefender blocks it and nothing comes up, no popup or anything as if its just in the shadows.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be and what I should do? any help is appreciated thanks.

My Firefox browser is broken, I can open Firefox but I can not do anything it will not respond, clicking anywhere prompts a "Firefox is not responding" error message, I was able to "refresh" Firefox once with zero results, I have tried uninstalling Firefox yet it will not uninstall the uninstallation window comes up yet no matter how long it sits open nothing happens, I have tried reinstalling Firefox with no results, the installation freezes just before completing and says "Firefox could not be installed". I have been using Firefox as my primary browser for a long time but I am unable to use it in any way now. All other browsers are working fine no issues but I do prefer Firefox and would like to continue to do so. What do you suggest?

In regular web pages, I'm able to hover over an URL / picture w/ URL behind it, etc.... It shows up on the status bar at the bottom of the page (that's what it used to be called). Sometimes I can't.

Somewhere around the same time as I started noticing this, I had just upgraded to a Win11 computer. So, when I try to hover over a suspicious link, I get nothing!

Is there code these people can put in that shields them from hover? So, we can't see what we're getting into? If so, then I presume if I can't hover, don't click... Right?

I can't print an email. The whole screen prints and is too small to read.

I read previous answers to use the drop down menu and select print, but then I get window that says I have a blocking the print. I don't have an active blocker. I do have malwarebytes. Never had any trouble printing on chrome or safari.

For example, firefox is open in the background and when I click on a url from discord, it opens the link in firefox but does not bring the page to me, I need to minimize the discord.

Find out and correct the problem I typed in the question block : I am no longer able to download my email from the WOWWAY home page since I accepted our latest update. The only way I can get my email now is by using Microsoft Edge as my browser!!!!
