When I try to print an e-mail, it only prints half a page. It's fine with the word processor

My printer worked fine till Google changed their format or my grandson changed my settings. It will print a full page when I use the word processor but if I want to print something I receive on e-mail it only prints half a page and then kicks it out. I may be asking the wrong site?
