suddenly mozilla dosen't allow me to get on internet

mozilla icon does not get me to internet when I click it, either nothing happens or I get an error message sayibg activation error (Oxc0000006) and says clicl ok, but no ihfo hoe to correct. I tried to restore my computer to an earlier date but this could not complete either. I am a young 79 yr. lady that my computer fights me too much to deal with please help/ thank you
