How to highlight text on a web page that I intend to return to

I went to the EMDR web site which contains significant text. I do not want to print the site, but intend to burn it into a RWD. It would be easier to review the important points if I could highlight a marker on a printed doc.

How would I highlight a section of text directly on the web page before burning it to the RWD. I wish to burn the entire content of the page.

I do not want to copy the web page text, paste it to a work doc, then highlight it, and then burn it.

Less steps and simplification would be terrific.
