Pop-ups firefox 91.2 in private windows

I manage firefox in company by amdx templates. I have run web program using in my company in -private-windows arguments. I add allows website. In normal mode work fine but in private window i have ask about allow pop-up. When i disable block pop-ups from website, i dont have message to allow pop-up. But is not security and i want allow website from intranet only specific url.
