Accepting calendar invitations cascades out of control

Hi: I have had this issue since the update from Thunderbird 78.14.0 to 91.3.0 and it is extremely frustrating to me and my clients. I'm now on 91.3.2.

I have used Google calendar for years and the interface with Thunderbird (formerly Lightning) has been great, and I love the current Thunderbird calendar features. I have Provider for Google Calendar and have had a few issues but have been able to manage them.

With the upgrade to 91.3.0 I started having crazy issues: When I receive and accept calendar invitation sent to me, somehow calendar invitations FROM my google account go out to everyone invited to the meeting inviting them to the same meeting as if it is from me. People have no idea why this is coming from me to them. Embarrassing to have this happen with important clients. In addition, I recently opened meeting notice to get a zoom link and when I closed it, it sent a 'meeting update' notice from me! At times, notices are sent to people even when I haven't done anything.

Also, when I do click on "Accept" for a meeting invite, I get a pop-up "Party Crashing? You are not on the guest list yet. Respond as..." and then it shows my three different email addresses I us. I was on the 'guest list' as I received the invitation.

I have had to turn off Provider for Google Calendar and manage all of my meetings manually or directly through Google Calendar. This has all happened since the upgrade to 91.x.x.

ASK: Does anyone know how to fix this? Alternatively, how can I revert to version 78.14.0 (the last version I had)? Any help will be much appreciated.
