Unable to import settings and data from opera beta

Hey all, recently decided to check out whether Firefox will run a bit more smoothly on an aging MacBook of mine then the Opera Beta I still had installed, but I found myself unable to import settings and data from Opera, which is strange as I have been able to import from other Chromium browsers before. The only option the Import Wizard gives me is to import from Safari. I have been able to find what I presume are the files where history, passwords, etc.. are stored on both Opera and Firefox, but I'm guessing they are a different format and I can't just replace them. Anyone able to help here?

Information that might be useful: MacBook air 2015 early running the 12.0 Beta (21A5294g) Firefox version 91.0 Opera Beta version 78.0.4093.103 (both browsers are at their newest respective version)
