When using a VPN your data has to pass through the VPNS server and because of this It is normal to see reduced internet speeds. If you are located in the UK you can choose between the London and Manchester server. Utilizing a server closer to your actual location should improve network speed.

Remember, if you experience a slow speed issue and impacts your ability to successfully use the VPN, you can always request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription.
