America/montevideo don't have summer time since 2016. Try to access own sites in iis 7, with wildcard certificate. Can't access from firefox 56 to this sites, but can access to apache sites with the same certificate. momentarily, solved with about:config , security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling=false.
