Based on the list of Extensions you have installed in Firefox in you System Details on right of post.

It looks like Social Video Chat 1.2 (support@6point7.com) which is related to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/random-video-chat/

You can go to the Addons Manager -> Extensions and select this extension and click on Remove.
