My PC is old, uses Windows 7, and I have been using Ancestry.com successfully until recently. It opens properly on my Laptop, but not my PC where the majority of photos and documents are currently stored. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am not super tech savvy and one suggestion was to "allow Ancestry" but I have no clue how to do that.
