Bookmarks on android are reversed or mixed up than on computer. How to fix?

I have folders on my computer in tabs e.g. a1, a2, a3 .... a7. And on the android it displays in the first place the last used folder e.g. a4. Similarly e.g. in folder a3 I have bookmarks and folders e.g. b1, b2, dir1, b3, b4, dir2, b5 .... And on android it shows me in a3 e.g. dir2 (because I opened something from it) b10 (because I added on my phone recently), then e.g. b6 because I opened it. Why can't it be like on a computer?
