Hi I am having problems logging into various web sites with a new windows 10 computer. I can log in from my old PC (Win 7) but not from the new one (Win 10) I use a Firefox account that duplicates all login info on both PCs, so the saved passwords are correct. I have also tried entering manually from my records, but no joy. In some instances (Two found so far) when I click the 'Login' button it takes me back to the user name field, as if I was just starting. (I have sent a request to one these, but they reckon its not them :-) ) On some web sites (eg Bank, ebay and Green energy) it works fine. Very weird!! Any ideas??

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
