I can receive e-mail but I get error meaasge when I try to send.

Error message:

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Authentication is required before sending [R0107005]. Please verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again.

Been using this for years without issues.

Right click the account in the folde pane and select settings. Select outgoing server (SMTP) in the list. Select your outgoing Road runner account and click edit. Change the authentication from None to normal password.

If that does not work (TWC have made changes)

Update the outgoing server entry to the the settings given here https://www.timewarnercable.com/en/support/faqs/faqs-internet/e-mailacco/incoming-outgoing-server-addresses.html
