Are you ever going to fix the issue with USAA.com?
STILL Getting the same error as in FF 7.0: An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #32.c0a32ed0.1322262421.781ddf65
Safari 5.0 works and so does chrome.
Chosen solution
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Clearing the cache and deleting just the usaa.com cookie fixed the issue.
It was driving me nuts to have to keep opening Safari for one website!
You're welcome
