Are you using the orange Firefox button or the Menu Bar?

1-Click appears on the Menu Bar by default, if you got the Menu Bar hidden you won't see the weather display.

The win-7 machine has the orange bar, this XP laptop uses the menu bar ... neither has an icon or clickable in their drop-downs. In firefox 4 I could customize it for my zip ... can't find it on either machine.
