Customize vertical position of command bars?

I would like to ask, if it is somehow possible to customize the vertical location or position of command bars? My browser, version 89, feels like Title bar Menu bar Tab bar Navigation | URL | Search engine bar Bookmarks bar Web page content Status bar

How do I change the vertical order of this? Personally, I would like to have the tab bar below the bookmark bar

In the tabs Settings and Customize Firefox I did not see anything that seems to address this topic.
