How do I increase the size of tab, etc. fonts? They're too small.

I am legally blind. The previous Firefox iteration offered the Theme Font & Size Changer so that I could see the contents on tabs, etc. I've stuck with Firefox because it had so many accessibility addons. What is available for Quantum?
