I am an older non computer literate person and most of your information contains terms I don't understand. Made Mozilla my go to internet page and cannot print anything to simple letter paper as noted above. Canon Pixma IP4500 printer. Downloaded the current driver today - so must be Mozilla Document viewer issue.
