The default private browsing page background became dark in the last update. Is it possible to make it light again?

I really don't like the recent change of default private browsing page appearance. Most of web sites I visit are made in light colors, and the temporary switch to dark when I open the private window is hard for my eyes. Is there a way to customize this page's look or set another page as default?
