Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.bigpond.com was lost in the middle of the transaction. Try again.

I keep getting this message when trying to send email. Have never had problems previously - this just started 2 days ago and can't seem to find why or what to do to fix it.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
