Thunderbird corrupted

Hi guys, Quick question here. To start off with, I'm a techie. I've recently made my third swap this year to a new computer, and I transferred everything over as per usual. This time, for some reason; things corrupted. When I open Thunderbird, I have to right-click on eMail folders and click "Open in New Window" to view the eMails. I cannot write or reply to messages, and almost all features are unresponsive.

To copy my profiles over, I replaced the new Local/Roaming folders with the old ones containing my data. This has worked every other time, but on this attempt it failed miserably.

I uninstalled, then re-installed Thunderbird and tried again. No luck. I was thinking about using Revo to clean any remnants, but I'm not sure how effective that will actually be in the end. I can't lose these eMail folders. They're crucial to my company. Like I said, if I open the folders manually, I can read everything... Just not reply or compose new eMails.

Is there any kind of cleanup utility I can use?

Thanks for the help, guys. I REALLY appreciate it.

Marc
