Ever since you decided to improve Mozilla support I can't get access to my email account any longer. How do I get this fixed?

I am barely computer literate, I only use it as a word processor and for email. When I went to check my emails the only thing I could get was the new Mozilla support page. I cannot make that go away and access my email account. Now interestingly enough, the email does come through on the Mini Ipad that My sons gave me for father's day but not on my desk top which is uses Windows
