I have 750mb Claro fiber internet, directly on the cable. I updated Firefox. My internet dropped to 300/340mb. I complained to Claro. They tested by connecting another computer to the cable. It gave 800mb. I installed Chrome. Speed ​​was 900mb. What to do in Firefox to regain speed?

When I put a video or an image gallery to full screen, the navigation buttons, clock, and status bar don't hide.

They often appear as though they're going to hide, for a split second, but frustratingly bounce right back into view.

On rare occasions, it seems to be random chance, the status bar, clock, and navigation buttons do hide, but I don't know how to get them to hide every time.

I've already tried disabling picture in picture for the app but that has not helped.

What are the reasons the buttons and clock would not hide in full screen? How would we go about fixing things?

I have not received my new emails and have tried different options to get it to work. It also says I have 300+ emails in trash but they don't show up for deletion. I have tried restoring default, I tried troubleshooting and nothing has worked. It all started yesterday afternoon when I tried to get my emails. They are in the server but are not loading on my Thunderbird page

When I do right mouse click on page, depending on the mouse cursor position, context menu appears and I need to scroll up or down to access appropriate item. I thought I need to try and fix size and position of a page context menu. Is it possible? Since yesterday I am unable to receive mail. When I send a test email the message below comes up. Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent...

I have searched, read and tried all fixes on this topic already provided but nothing has worked.

Our calendar in Thunderbird is currently not letting any new events be entered, is now completely blank of all entries and causing a headache as we have no access to information previously entered for next month and information from last month.

I've pinned it and it shows up in the Toolbar, no issues till here.

However, when I exit Firefox and open it again, the extension is no longer pinned. I cannot even locate the extension in the list of extension when i click on the little "puzzle" icon that shows you your lists of addons and allows you to pin them.

Everytime after I start a fresh session of Firefox, I have to go about:addons find the add on, toggle it off and then toggle it on again (it stays on after restart btw) for it show up in the toolbar.

Can you assist in figuring out why this addon is behaving this way?

I had to restore Windows to its initial settings. I lost all my programs because of this, including Firefox. I reinstalled the browser, logged in to my account (which is synchronized), but instead of recovering all my bookmarks I got nothing. Empty bookmark box. What's worse, they were initially available on the mobile device, but they were also deleted there (both from the browser and from the smartphone). Firefox restored history, add-ons, but not bookmarks. Is there any way to recover these bookmarks?

i SET UP THUNDERBIRD ON MY NEW COMPUTER, SUCCESSFULLY, BUT THREE DAYS AGO MY WEB HOST/SERVERS UPGRADED THEIR SYSTEM. i SPENT THREE DAYS SORTING OUT NEW SETTINGS. CONFIGURATIONS, PASSWORDS, ETC, TO GET IT ALL WORKING, IT WAS DIFFICUL BUT IT NOW WORKS. HOWEVER, I HAVE MANY FOLDERS OF MAIL ,AND MAIL NOT IN FOLDERS, IN THEUNDERBIRD ON AN OLDER COMPUTER. i WANT TO IMPORT THOSE FOLDERS OF MAIL, AND ADD THEM TO MY NEW COMPUTER THUNDERBIRD INBOX SET UP, BUT I DO NOT WANT TO IMPORT THE OLD SETTINGS AGAIN!" THAT COULD BE A DISASTER. I JUST WANT THE MAIL AND THE FOLDERS. ALL THE VIDEOS i SEE ARE TO IMPORT THE OLD SETTINGS AS WELL. I recently had an issue where my email password changed on another client, but Thunderbird did not prompt me for a new password. After two days, my account was still frozen with no new emails on Thunderbird, although they were updating on other clients. The Mozilla help on the issue said to go to "Options." There is no "Options" option in my Thunderbird, not in the top menu, not under server settings, not under Account settings, not under Tools. My version of Thunderbird is 115.11.0 (64-bit), running on Ubuntu Linux 22.04 LTS. Maybe the issue of no "Options" option is specific to this particular incantation.

Here's what I did to force Thunderbird to prompt me for a new password. I selected "Server Settings" below the email address in the left pane. I changed the Server Name to one that is incorrect. When I migrated away from that textbox, Thunderbird raised a popup window that it had to restart. I let it restart, and when it came back up, it prompted me for a new password. I now input my correct password for the email address. It came back a few moments later that the password was incorrect, asking me to enter a new password. Well, it's the server URL that's incorrect, not the password. I cancelled the popup window, then changed the the server name back to the correct one. When I migrated away from that textbox, Thunderbird again raised a popup window that said it had to restart. I let it restart, and when it came back up, everything was fine, and my two days of undelivered emails came through immediately.

I hope this can help others who are bewildered by the lack of an "Options" option on their version of Thunderbird.

How do I get mail from the 'sent' folder on an old laptop into a new one? I have migrated old received mail and contacts to the new inbox no problem.

Using the export tool is no use - the Zip folder it creates titled 'Thunderbird_profile_backup' is corrupted and nothing can open it. I manually copied all files into an external drive and opened them in the new Thunderbird. That imported contacts but not mail from the old 'sent' folder. How do I get all those old sent mails out of the old device?

I refreshed Firefox last night. Now, Facebook doesn't display images--it displays about half; the rest are blank boxes. Facebook closes while I'm typing. A game I've been playing freezes and I have to close it and re-open it. Telus email seems to be fine. My Google results are in massive type and I can't adjust it.

Since the new update, when I select an autofill a new tab opens for the settings. I have closed it many times, double checked the settings and closed it, etc. but it still opens a new one every time I use the autofill feature... please advise.

Basically, when I have a threaded message, I don't see the > to drop down information to show the threads from the subject pane in the subject field.

I have gone to view, sort by threaded. I'm led to believe I should see something like this:

But I see none of that. It's just one flat subject. It doesn't even tell me someone has replied to me. I have to go into the mail to see that. I have added the conversations add on just to get a glance of that, because I'm seeing nothing.

iPad OS version Firefox 126.1 (41973) iOS 17.5.1. iPad is am 8th gen When trying to read/use a website, it auto refreshes and pops back to top. I keep mine in landscape mode, and when trying to have a page open many will just refresh.
