I have updated to firefox version 5 and have lost my real player browser record plugin. How can I re-install version 4 which I was quite happy with.

Yesterday I updated firefox to version 5 without realising that I would loose the ability to download videos from the web because my realplayer browser record add-on is now incompatible. Is there another add-on I can install or can I re-install version 4 which I was quite happy with.
