When Firefox is in landscape and the navigation bar is set to the bottom, you cannot open the settings menu. I have turned off pull to refresh since it refreshes when I try to scroll up the page. Without pull to refresh and the menu not working, I need to switch to portrait mode to refresh and then back to landscape. This feature works with navigation at the top but makes the buttons harder to reach
