Hi. I guess I misunderstood your services. I thought your apps were free. I don't need some Firefox services. I want a refund. You charged me 59.88. I would like a refund. I don't even have an email receipt. How can I get my refund back.? I'm old and don't know how to use half of this stuff. Where did you download Firefox for Android from? Are you using a premium Mozilla service such as Mozilla VPN?

The only thing the company Mozilla has that you could be charged for is if you purposely sign up for a Mozilla VPN or a Firefox Private Network subscription.


edit: Ok the 59.88 you mentioned sounds like you ordered a 12 Month subscription to Mozilla VPN

Firefox for Android on Google Play is 100% Free to use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox

However Mozilla does have other products on Google Play and one of them is Mozilla VPN https://play.google.com/store/apps/dev?id=7083182635971239206

The description for the Mozilla VPN app tells you what it is and that to use it you need to pay for a subscription. It never says it was for Free.
