Thunderbird Customisation for seniors
Most of all you can help by empathising with supporters who, for one reason or another, have not your level of knowledge, are unable to satisfy their Thunderbird customisation requirements, and who are only dying to financially contribute to the Mozilla cause.
I repeat, you keep asking for financial donations but this sizeable body of supporters are only dying to donate if you'll help satisfy their usually basic needs!
Is this too much to ask?
I'm a 76-year old, tech-friendly and Thunderbird-friendly supporter who wants basic help, which you have in bucketfulls, but are not willing to go the extra mile in helping me. Donating or paying fees for this help is not a problem. Please, please, please!
