Can't Open, Quit (or Force Quit) Firefox.

I use Mac iOS 10.14.6. Firefox froze on me, and when I tried to quit, it wouldn't. It wouldn't force quit either. I tried restarting the machine, but I can't with Firefox open. I can't uninstall Firefox either, because I need to quit Firefox first. It's been open for days! How the heck do I get out of this mess?!?
