When I updated to 88.0.2 everything went away, bookmarks, addons etc. How do I get them back?

I reinstalled an old (64) version and everything came back. When I updated that 64 version to 72 everything went away again so I'm back on 64.

How do I update and keep my things?

This seems like some cruel joke
