This is not a question about Firefox for Android, but I will try my best to help.

Thunderbird itself is not an email service provider - for that you will have to use a service such as Gmail, Yahoo or Proton Mail (many others do exist!). You can access that account through Firefox for Android or you can uses the dedicated email app on your Android device.
