Hi If you are having an issue with Norton Password Manager, I recommend that you contact the Symnatec support team who should be able to help, but it is worth mentioning that Firefox has its own password manager tool. Firefox Lockwise is available from the Google Play Store and connects to your Firefox Account so that you can transfer user credentials from a desktop copy of Firefox and have them with you, securely, on your Android device.
