macOS and Chrome have certificate transparency exclusion options for private CAs. Does Firefox support or require exclusions or will Firefox pick this up from the OS?

hi, firefox doesn't require CT for certs in its trust store at the moment in the first place. please note that firefox is using its own certificate store, so you may need to take some action to import your internal server's cert into firefox: https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/AddRootToFirefox
